Welcome to Fire Manufacturing Jewellers. Our website is designed to showcase our jewellery, services and current pricing, and to make it easy for you to contact us about a piece you love.

By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Products, pricing & enquiries

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.

Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities, so availability can change quickly. Prices may also change due to fluctuations in precious metal, diamond and gemstone costs.

This website is currently enquiry-based and does not accept online checkout. Displaying a product or price does not by itself confirm an order or reserve an item. An order is only confirmed once the details, availability, price and payment arrangements have been agreed directly with Fire Manufacturing Jewellers.

Custom-made & remodelled jewellery

Custom jewellery, remodelling, repairs and other commissioned work are quoted individually.

Before work begins, we will confirm the design, specifications, price, deposit requirements and estimated completion time with you.

Because custom-made and personalised jewellery is created specifically for you, different cancellation or return conditions may apply. These will always be explained before your order is confirmed.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable South African law.

Jewellery information

Diamonds, gemstones, pearls and handmade jewellery may naturally vary slightly in colour, shape, size or appearance.

We make every effort to represent our jewellery accurately, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Delivery & collection

Collection or delivery arrangements, costs and estimated timeframes will be confirmed with you before an order is finalised.

Where jewellery is couriered, the appropriate delivery arrangements will be agreed with you directly.

Returns, refunds & concerns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

If there is ever a problem with an item or service, please contact us first. Fire Manufacturing Jewellers is owner-run and we would always prefer the opportunity to speak to you directly and resolve your concern personally.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide through our website, email, enquiry forms or other communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation.

We will only use your information where reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide our services and communicate with you.

The photographs, designs, text, branding and other original content on this website belong to Fire Manufacturing Jewellers or are used with permission and may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission.

We may update products, prices, information and these terms from time to time.
